Volunteer at PDAC 2020 Convention  

Students can volunteer at the PDAC Convention in exchange for a complimentary All Access Student Pass, ticket to a luncheon, food vouchers, volunteer apparel, and a volunteer certificate. Apply online. 

Convention Travel Fund for student groups  

We've set up a travel fund to help student groups cover the costs of getting to Toronto for the annual PDAC Convention. Funding is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to apply is February 7.

Present your research at the PDAC 2020 Convention

Students (BSc, MSc, PhD) working on projects with a link to mineral deposits are encouraged to participate in the annual Student Minerals Colloquium. This event provides the widest-possible exposure for current research. Academics and industry professionals will judge posters, and cash prizes will be awarded. Submit abstracts by January 12.

Support students and early career professionals

As part of our commitment to engaging and retaining new talent in the exploration and development industry, we will host a number of student and early career events during the PDAC 2020 Convention. Participation allows you to profile your company to students and recent graduates at no cost. 

Renew early and save!

Renew Core memberships by December 31 to save $80. Annual fees for Core members are $90.48 compared to $166.67 for Regular members. Core members qualify for many benefits, including substantial discounts on PDAC Convention registration fees and Short Courses. Payments made after December 31 will be processed as Regular members. Life Members are not required to pay.
