Prospectors Tent
The Prospectors Tent provides a venue for self-employed individuals with a project or property to display results and samples. This is your opportunity to connect to convention attendees with best-in-industry access to investors.
The 2026 Prospectors Tent took place from March 1-4.
Please note: Space is allocated on a first-come, first-assigned basis and there are a limited number of exhibit spaces available.
In order to be eligible to exhibit in the Prospectors Tent, the exhibitor must be a self-employed individual with a project or property.
Prospectors Tent Applications for PDAC 2027 will open in early Fall 2026.

Exhibit Fee
$619.47 + $80.53 (tax) = $700.00

Exhibit Hall Hours:
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Sunday-Tuesday)
9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Wednesday)

Booth inclusions
Each 10' wide booth includes:
- 8' high back wall
- 3' wide side walls (hard walls are included)
- One (1) 1500- watt, 120-volt duplex electrical outlet
- Carpet, one (1) 6' wide draped table, two (2) chairs
- One (1) identification sign, two arm lights
- Onsite support services
- 24-hour peripheral security
