We are aware that your travel to Toronto may have been impacted as a result of the snow storm Toronto received Friday evening/overnight.

As such, we have extended move-in on Saturday, March 4 from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm. If you arrive in Toronto late this afternoon or early this evening, please feel free to complete your move in at that time. The Exhibit Hall will be cleared at 10:00 pm.

We also wanted to remind you that Exhibit Staff can access the Exhibit Halls on Sunday, March 5 from 7:00 am - 10:00 am (for hand carry only, no dollies).

Please notify your booth staff accordingly.

Potential New Exhibitors:

Applications for PDAC 2024 will be released in early Fall. Click here to add yourself to the reminder list and receive an email before applications are released

Renewing Exhibitors: 

All 2023 exhibitors will be given priority renewal before opening applications to new exhibitors. The Renewing Exhibitor applications will be released in early Summer. Date to be determined. We will send a reminder email to your PDAC 2023 booth representative. If you need to change your representative you can do so by logging in to your booth representative's account and clicking on "Update Booth Representative and Associated Staff" at http://events.pdac.ca 

If you wish to relocate, please submit your renewing application as soon as they are released as we process requests on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that the Trade Show and Trade Show North booth spaces for PDAC 2023 are SOLD OUT and all applicants will be placed on a waiting list. If you wish to be placed on the waiting list, you must apply. Booths are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the date and time the application is submitted and we have a long waiting list. You will not be charged an exhibit rental fee unless you are offered and accept a booth space. To receive an application, please contact [email protected].

Exhibit space for Trade Show and Trade Show North is now SOLD OUT for PDAC 2023. Please apply as a New Exhibitor if you would like to join the waiting list. 

Each 4 day booth includes:

  • 8’ white back drape and 3’ white side drape*
  • One 1500-watt, 120-volt (12-amp) duplex electrical outlet
  • 4 Exhibitor Staff Passes that provide access to the in person exhibit halls and select programming
  • One generic All Access Pass to be shared between your exhibiting staff to allow one person at a time admission to the All Access programming
  • Company listing in the Convention Program, Convention website and on the onsite directory

Corporate Members

Exhibitors applying for the corporate member booth rate must also submit a 2023 corporate membership application form with payment. PDAC reserves the right to process booth payments at the non-member rate if the membership application form and payment does not accompany the booth application form. Corporate membership payments will be processed upon receipt and are non-refundable.
