2026 Booth Inclusions
Each 10' wide booth includes:
- 8' black back drape and 3' black side drape
- One (1) 1500-watt, 120-volt (12-amp) duplex electrical outlet
- Four (4) Exhibitor Staff Passes providing access to the exhibit halls and select programming
- One (1) generic All-Access Pass to be shared between exhibit staff to allow one person at a time admission to the All-Access programming
- Company listing in the digital/printed Exhibitor Listings and Floor Plans booklet, interactive Exhibitor Directory on the Convention website and onsite directories
Renewing Exhibitors for PDAC 2027
All 2026 exhibitors will be given priority renewal before opening applications to new exhibitors. The Renewing Exhibitor applications will be released on Tuesday, June 23 at 10 a.m. ET. We will send reminder emails to your PDAC booth representative. If you need to change your representative you can do so by logging in to your booth representative's account and clicking on "Update Booth Representative and Associated Staff" at http://events.pdac.ca
If you wish to relocate/increase your booth space, please submit your renewing application as soon as they are released as we process requests on a first-come first-assigned basis depending on date and time of application.
Renewing Exhibitors have first right of refusal over their 2026 booth space provided that they have applied and paid by the 2027 priority renewal deadline, Friday August 14 at 5 p.m. ET. Any un-renewed or unpaid booth spaces will be made available to other Exhibitors.

Corporate Member 4 day Exhibit Fee for PDAC 2026:
$2,743.36 + $356.64 (tax) = $3,100
Non-Member 4 day Exhibit Fee for PDAC 2026:
$3,628 + $471.68 (tax) = $4,100

Corporate Members
Exhibitors applying for the corporate member booth rate must also submit a 2027 corporate membership application form with payment. PDAC reserves the right to process booth payments at the non-member rate if the membership application form and payment does not accompany the booth application form. Corporate membership payments will be processed upon receipt and are non-refundable.
Caution
PDAC has been made aware that third parties are reaching out to exhibitors, potential exhibitors, and attendees with offers that seem too good to be true. These may include discounted registration, hotels deals, or claims of selling attendee or exhibitor lists.
Please keep in mind:
- PDAC and PDAC Convention do not sell any lists to third parties.
- We will never ask for your credit card information via email or phone
- If you receive any offers like this, they are not from PDAC.
