Online Nomination Form

Before submitting a nomination please review the awards categories to learn what category your submission belongs.

A complete nomination must be submitted by 5:00PM on July 31, 2024. 

Each nomination package must include:
  • A nomination letter containing the name, address and telephone number of the nominee, and a description of their achievements.
  • A minimum of three (3) letters of support for the nomination. More support letters are encouraged.
  • Other documentation that supports the nomination, highlighting how it fits the award category (eg. presentations, media clippings, news releases, etc.).
Once you have all of the information required, please complete the nomination form below. Note that nominations may be considered by the PDAC Awards Committee in future years.

PDAC’s Board of Directors select award recipients based on recommendations of the association’s Awards Committee. This committee is made up of a diverse group of experts who are leaders in many professions offered by the mineral exploration and mining industry.
