PDAC is actively involved in preparing a submission to Finance Canada about the importance of flow-through shares and the METC to the industry. If your company raised money through the issuance of flow-through shares, please complete a short online survey discussing how they were used and the impact of those funds. The survey is open until Friday, August 26. Learn more

Once created, CMRA will be the single regulator for administering the proposed provincial-territorial Capital Markets Act and complementary federal Capital Markets Stability Act (British Columbia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon).
