The Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) is pleased to confirm the election of nine members to its Board of Directors at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 5, 2023.
“To ensure the ongoing success of PDAC in its mission to support more than 6,500 members and the advancement of Canada’s mineral exploration and mining industry, our board must continually evolve to reflect the many skills and professions making up the sector,” says Alex Christopher, PDAC President.
“These elected leaders are experts in their fields, bringing a wealth of knowledge to our board, and PDAC is excited to be guided by their knowledge on behalf of its membership.”
The following individuals were elected or re-elected to PDAC’s Board of Directors:

- Conrad Dix
- Siri Genik
- Raymond Goldie
- David Harquail
- Mary Louise Hill
- Stuart McCracken
- David Murray
- Kerem Usenmez
The following individuals were appointed as officers:
- Raymond Goldie, President
- Karen Rees, First Vice President
- Scott R. G. Parsons, Second Vice President
- James Lusby, Treasurer
- Maria Avramova Milanova, Secretary
The PDAC Board of Directors is responsible for the overall governance and stewardship of the association. Directors are elected annually at an AGM in March.
