Jerry was President and founding member of the TNDC(1985), building it to a $60 million corporation. A founding member of the NIBA (1981) (now the CCAB) as well as(CAMA) (1991-November 2013) where he served as Vice President. Jerry is currently co-founder and Chair of the Global Indigenous Development Trust (2014), He is Chair and CEO of Spirit Rock Resources (2019). Jerry received the Skookum Jim Award – (2011); Named Mining Person of the Year (2019) for BC, MABC (2020); was inducted into the CMHF in (2020) and received the Leadership Legacy Award from the Tahltan Nation (2022).
