John MacKenzie is Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Capstone Copper. John was previously the Executive Chairman and Founder of Mantos Copper for over 6 years. He has over 30 years of operational and investment experience in the metals and mining sector, with over 27 years of executive management experience from his past roles including CEO Copper at Anglo American. He has a Master of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Master of Business Leadership from the University of South Africa and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
