Cara has more than ten years of experience in commercial mining explosives, focusing on safe applications, innovation, and value-added services across the North American region. She currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing North America for Orica, focusing on delivering new explosive technologies to the market while exploring, creating, and unlocking value for mining companies. Cara has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from Penn State.
