Chief Mental Health Ambassador

20+ years in the Occupational Health and Safety system of Ontario. The last 5 years of my career, I was employed by Workplace Safety North as a Client Engagement Specialist, with a focus on designing, delivering and evaluating a Mental Health Program for clients specifically those in the resource, male dominated industries. 2021 I was honored to be noted as one of the Top Women in Safety of Canada. As a CMHA Psychological Health and Safety advisor and consultant I work with select clients, like CDDA as they embark on their mental health journey. Neck up Safety is just as important as Neck Down. I am passionate about stamping out the stigma surrounding mental health!
