As the Indigenous & Regulatory Affairs analyst with the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC), Munisha supports policy advocacy for increased indigenous participation and access to land. Prior to joining the PDAC, Munisha supported the Corporate Affairs team at Ontario Power Generation (OPG), and gained knowledge of the energy sector’s role in electrification, SMRs, nuclear power and the development of critical infrastructure in northern Ontario. As a non-partisan Legislative Assistant with the Ontario Legislature Internship Programme (OLIP), she worked for MPP Michael Mantha and MPP Stephen Lecce where she traveled around the province and toured various legislatures in BC, NWT and the UK. Through her progressive roles within the Ontario Public Service (OPS), she contributed to the program design, delivery and evaluation of various grant programs for Indigenous and non-indigenous youth. Munisha holds a Bachelor of Public Policy and Administration from York University.
