From an Africa context: Sustainability standards can be overwhelming. Junior miners will learn the importance of prioritizing what is material for their specific operations. It’s neither feasible nor necessary to achieve every standard in a single year, or even five years. Instead, the audience will make a strategic plan that identifies and focuses on what is most relevant to their business.
