Additional pass information
All attendees must register for a pass
All convention attendees must register for a pass. You may pre-register or register onsite. Onsite pickup and registration desks are located on Level 600 of the MTCC, South Building. You will not be permitted beyond Level 600 security without a pass.
VIP All Access Pass
The VIP All Access Pass is an upgraded registration that provides additional services including:
a dedicated registration desk, access to a private lounge, continental breakfast and light
refreshments daily, administrative support, small areas for private meetings, and business services
such as internet, telephone, scanning and photocopying. Space is limited.
Student All Access Pass
All students must register for PDAC 2017. To qualify for student rates you must be enrolled full-time in a recognized academic program.
Students over 16 years of age may register as a Student All Access Pass (member or non-member), One Day All Access Pass, One Day Exhibits Pass, or an Investors & Select Presentations Pass.
Students 16 years of age and under can attend the convention free of charge. They may register for an Investors & Select Presentations Pass.
Additional event information
The benefits for members include discounts on convention registration (individuals and corporate member representatives), networking, business development, career advancement/professional development, investment opportunities, new technology and expanded advocacy efforts. It is recommended that all international attendees review the travel requirements of Immigration and Citizenship Canada related to flying to or transiting through Canada. Upon request, PDAC issues International Invitation Letters to international attendees wishing to attend the convention. Read more.

Registration cancellation information
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received on or before February 23, 2017 will receive a refund less a 25% administration fee. Cancellations received after February 23 will not receive a refund. Membership fees are non-refundable.
PDAC appreciates your attendance. The distribution of materials outside of a paid exhibit space is not permitted. Materials may not be handed out in the aisles or in other parts of the building. If you witness this type of activity, please contact Show Management, through Room 825A, immediately so that we can properly handle the situation.
