A Revitalized PDAC Sponsored Insurance Program
PDAC understands that members are primarily focused on mining, not insurance, therefore PDAC has established and sponsored an exclusive insurance program designed specifically for the membership. The program, originally established in 2007, has undergone a revitalization to reflect the changing market conditions and to ensure the membership has access to appropriate and cost effective insurance with a high level of service.

PDAC recognizes the membership is comprised principally of two groups; consulting Geoscientists and exploration/mining companies, and because each group has distinct risk characteristics PDAC has created separate programs to address their specific risks.
The first program, the Consultants Package, is geared to the needs of corporations and individuals in the independent consulting business. The second, the Mining Package, is designed for any and all Canadian mining companies, private or public, exploring or operating.
