The world renowned PDAC Convention offers students a unique opportunity to network with industry professionals from all over the world. Last year the Convention attracted over 1,200 students from across Canada, the USA and internationally.

Student Hub

The Student Hub (formerly Student Booth) will be located on Level 800 across from the Trade Show. This new space will host Resume Review sessions, registration for the guided tours of the trade show & investors exchange, and other engagement opportunities for students. 

Resumé Review

Resumé Review

Sign up onsite at the Student Hub for a consultation with a geoscience professional who will review your resumé and discuss personalized networking techniques. Students are encouraged to bring a copy of their resumé to the session.  Sessions will run from Sunday March 6 – Wednesday March 9.

PDAC-CIM Toronto Branch Guided Tours

The tours are a great way to become acquainted with the 1000+ companies that exhibit in the Trade Show and Investors Exchange. Each tour stop will last approximately 7 minutes and will focus on the exploration and/or production aspects of the company’s projects and career opportunities. 

All Access Student Pass required for participation.

Volunteer Opportunities

PDAC offers students a unique opportunity to volunteer their time in exchange for a complimentary Student All Access Pass AND a ticket to either the Mineral Outlook Luncheon or the Panel Luncheon. Please note that volunteers may apply for one shift only on Sunday, March 6 and must be available for at least one shift Monday, March 7 through Wednesday, March 9.
