Payment Options

Wire transfers are not accepted. Acceptable methods of payment are VISA, MasterCard or AMEX and cheque (until February 7, 2020 only). All cheques must be drawn from a CDN or US bank. All fees are quoted in CDN dollars. Registrations will not be processed until full payment is received. After February 21, 2020, only online payments and payments at the Onsite Cashier counter, MTCC, South Building, Level 600, will be accepted. Onsite payments may be made beginning Friday, February 28, 2020.

Registration cancellation information

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received on or before February 21 will receive a refund less a 25% administration fee. Cancellations received after February 21 will not receive a refund. Membership fees are non-refundable.

All attendees must register for a pass

All convention attendees must register for a pass. You may pre-register or register onsite. Onsite pickup and registration desks are located on Level 600 of the MTCC, South Building. You will not be permitted beyond Level 600 security without a pass.

Student All Access Pass

All students must register for the convention. To qualify for student rates you must be enrolled full-time in a recognized academic program. Students over 16 years of age may register as a Student All Access Pass (member or non-member), One Day All Access Pass, Exhibits Day Pass, or a Basic Presentations Pass. Students 16 years of age and under can attend the convention free of charge. They may register for a Basic Presentations Pass.

Membership

International Attendees

It is recommended that all international attendees review the travel requirements of Immigration and Citizenship Canada related to flying to or transiting through Canada. Upon request, PDAC issues International Invitation Letters to international attendees wishing to attend the convention. Read more

Solicitation

PDAC appreciates your attendance. The distribution of materials outside of a paid exhibit space is not permitted. Materials may not be handed out in the aisles or in other parts of the building. If you witness this type of activity, please contact Show Management, through Room 825A, immediately so that we can properly handle the situation.
