The PDAC Mentoring program connects trained industry professionals with students and recent graduates to share their extensive knowledge and experiences in an effort to address to address the skills shortage and strengthen the mineral industry.
Mentors have an opportunity to give back to the industry while Mentees gain invaluable knowledge that will help facilitate a seamless transition into the workforce.
Mentors are volunteers who can make a 1‑year commitment to participate in the program. Once PDAC connect Mentors with Mentees, the parameters of the relationship are defined by each pair.
We are recruiting Mentors from all areas of the exploration and mining industry such as finance, academia, government, and industry.
