International Attendees

It is recommended that all international attendees review the travel requirements of Immigration and Citizenship Canada related to flying to or transiting through Canada. Upon request, PDAC issues International Invitation Letters to international attendees wishing to attend the convention. Read more

Registration cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received on or before February 23 will receive a refund less a 25% administration fee. Cancellations received after February 23 will not receive a refund. Membership fees are non-refundable.


PDAC appreciates your attendance. The distribution of materials outside of a paid exhibit space is not permitted. Materials may not be handed out in the aisles or in other parts of the building. If you witness this type of activity, please contact Show Management, through Room 825A, immediately so that we can properly handle the situation.
