Ken Hoffman is the leader of McKinsey & Company's EV battery raw materials team. He has spent the past six years looking globally at the EV value chain, from mining, refining, and recycling as well as new battery technologies. He is also the head of MineSpans research in all metals research. Prior to McKinsey, Ken spent 25 years looking at commodity markets as an analyst, portfolio manager, and director of research.
