In April 2022, the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) published for a five-month comment period a consultation paper on NI 43-101 standards of disclosure for mineral projects seeking stakeholder feedback and comments on a set of questions across twelve areas of the existing disclosure standard. This feedback will assist the CSA to better understand whether future regulatory changes may be required to improve and modernize the current disclosure requirements of NI 43-101. Panelists will provide a high-level overview of stakeholder comments and feedback.
