If you wish to host a presentation at PDAC 2021 and represent a jurisdiction, we encourage you to apply.

Eligibility

Applications will be exclusively approved for organizations representing jurisdictions (such as governments and associated organizations), who are interested in presenting on opportunities for the minerals and mining sector within said jurisdiction.

How much does the International Stage cost?

Fee: $10,000 CAD + applicable taxes

NOTE: Taxes are applied based on an organization's province of residence. International organizations are tax-exempt.

REQUIREMENTS

Limit of one (1) International Stage booking per organization

Renter MUST participate in PDAC’s process of scheduling presentation prerecording and working with AV Canada to have the session professionally produced 

  • Cannot record independently unless alternate studio recording has been approved by PDAC
  • Must meet all production deadlines set by PDAC and AV Canada
  • Will be required to submit a session outline (order of presenters, timing etc.), in order to coordinate presentation prerecording

• Available at an extra charge through AV Canada, our exclusive Audio Visual provider

International studio space
• Use of international studio spaces provided through AV Canada’s partners and subject to approval by PDAC

Please note that applications from organizations that meet our eligibility requirement will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Payment will be requested after applications are accepted and the presentation will be tentatively booked. Payment must be received within 10 business days in order to maintain and confirm this booking.

International Stage Inclusions

Session features

30-minute pre-recorded presentation

Professional technical assistance to remotely record your presentation, as well as produce and edit your presentation. Service provided by AV Canada

During session airtime, engagement features including live chat, attendee question submission, polling, and ability to attach handouts for download by the attendees will be available
• 
An organization representative will be able to answer attendee submitted questions via text, live during session airtime

If renting organization is an exhibitor, a link from the session will connect attendees to the associated booth

Reports: Copies of the chat, questions and polls will be supplied to the renter post-presentation, along with other available data

Marketing - PDAC will provide the following presentation promotion

Virtual event session page (organization name, session title and description, date, time, pdf handouts and links to booth(s) and/or website)

Listing in the PDAC 2021 agenda on the virtual event platform

Listing on the PDAC Convention website (organization name, session title and description, date, time)

Listing in the electronic Convention Program(organization name, session title, date, time)
