The Core Shack Opportunity
PDAC’s Core Shack provides a unique venue at the world’s premier mining convention to display core from new or ongoing projects that are generating exciting drill results. The latest discoveries from around the world will be featured along with maps, charts and technical information. If you have a project you’d like to promote and discuss with banking and senior mining executives, exploration executives and geologists, institutional and retail investors, brokers and analysts, government representatives and mining media, PDAC welcomes your submission! There is no fee to participate.
The 2025 Core Shack will take place in Toronto from March 2-5.
Application and Selection Process
The Core Shack Selection Committee will give preference to core from new discoveries or mature projects that have had recent significant drilling results for which the core has not been previously displayed. Applicants interested in exhibiting projects that were displayed at PDAC in the recent past must demonstrate in the online submission form how the project has advanced since it was last displayed. Applicants are limited to one application per deposit but are welcome to submit more than one deposit for consideration. Please provide as much information as possible on your drill results and the drill core that you wish to display.
This application has three sections:
- Applicant Contact Information
- Deposit Information
- Project Description
The deadline to apply is Friday, November 22, 2024 at 5 p.m. ET. Applicants will be notified regarding the status of their submissions in early December, 2024. If you should have any material change in a project after the application deadline, please email [email protected] with any additional information or updates.
Booth assignment for Successful Applicants
Core Shack is divided into two 2-day sessions. Each successful applicant will be assigned a spot in either Session A or Session B.
Session A – Sunday, March 2 and Monday, March 3, 2025
Session B – Tuesday, March 4 and Wednesday March 5, 2025
