Access to exhibit halls during non-show hours is available only to those with an Exhibitor Staff Pass. Exhibitors may access the show floor three hours prior to show opening on Sunday (the first day of the show), and two hours prior on Monday-Wednesday. Exhibit halls are open for half an hour after show closing each day.
Who attends PDAC Convention?

Investors, financiers, banking executives, fund managers, brokers, analysts, lawyers, mining developers, exploration managers, prospectors, geoscientists, students, government officials from around the world.
What accessibility options does the Convention offer?
- North Building: MTCC will have a Guest Service Agent on Level 200 level near Room 205B and the entrance from Front Street (Sunday-Wednesday). They will be wearing a red tie. Attendees can speak with this Guest Service representative to obtain a wheelchair. Attendees will need to leave a piece of ID with the Guest Service Agent. There are 3 wheelchairs available in the North Building and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis
- South Building: MTCC will have a Guest Service Agent on Level 500 situated near the main escalators going down to Level 600 (Sunday-Wednesday). They will be wearing a red tie. Attendees can speak with this Guest Service representative to obtain a wheelchair. Attendees will need to leave a piece of ID with the Guest Service Agent. There are 3 wheelchairs available in the South Building and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis
How do I get to the MTCC?

Is there parking available?

Yes the MTCC has 1700 indoor parking spaces. Click here for more information and rates.
Will there be any hotel blocks or PDAC rates available?

Yes, we will be offering PDAC rates at a number of hotels in Toronto. Please visit the hotels page for more information.
Can I purchase food at the MTCC?

Yes. Food concessions will be available to attendees. Find out more about where to eat here.

Please note that MTCC food vendors have moved to a cashless payment system. Debit and credit cards will be the only form of payment available.
Will there be first aid onsite?

Yes, there are two locations.
South Building, Level 800,
North Building, outside Room 203D

Staffed by Registered Nurses who are capable of responding to a variety of emergency situations, and can also administer over-the-counter and prescribed medications to attendees. Stations are stocked with AED defibrillators and may also be used for breastfeeding.

What is the difference between the Trade Show and the Investors Exchange?
The Investors Exchange is comprised of exploration/development/mining company exhibits, which may ONLY include:
- Junior exploration companies
- Mid-size producers
- Major mining companies
- Oil & gas companies
- Prospectors
- Stock exchanges, brokers, financial divisions within mining service companies and financial institutions
The Trade Show is comprised of mining service/supply companies and government exhibits, which include:
- Air transportation services
- Associations

How do I apply for a booth space at PDAC 2024?

Priority renewal will be given to all 2023 exhibitors before opening applications to new exhibitors. Applications will be released in early summer for returning exhibitors and in the fall for new exhibitors for Investors Exchange and Trade Show & Trade Show North.

Applications were released June 20, 2023 at 10:00 am ET for returning exhibitors and will be released September 19, 2023 at 10:00 am ET for new exhibitors.

What does it cost to exhibit in the Trade Show/Investors Exchange?

NOTE: All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and include tax.

Can I share my booth with another company?

The exhibiting company on record must occupy the exhibit space and be figured prominently at all times. Exhibitors may contact PDAC to apply for an official name change if they wish to change their name on file. PDAC does not permit double listings or sub-listings for exhibitors with fewer than four booth spaces. If the company on record is found subletting or reselling, they will lose priority renewal for PDAC 2025 and going forward.
Can I have two listings in the Convention Program?

Only one company name is listed per booth space in the Convention Program. Please note that the PDAC does not permit sub-listings in the Convention Program for exhibitors that have fewer than four 10' wide booth spaces.
What does Corporate Membership cost?

How many exhibitor staff passes do we get with our booth?
In Person Booth: Each 10' exhibit space includes:
- (4) exhibitor staff passes
- (1) generic All Access Pass to be shared between the four exhibits staff
Each organization exhibiting in the Trade Show or Investors Exchange has the option to purchase an additional two Exhibitor Staff Passes (for a maximum of six exhibitor staff passes) per 10’ booth.
Am I required to wear personal protective equipment during move-in and move-out?

YES! The Ontario Ministry of Labour designates the PDAC exhibit floor (during move-in and move-out) a construction zone; therefore, personal protective equipment must be worn.
Are children permitted on the show floor during move in and move out?

The Ontario Ministry of Labour does not permit children under the age of 16 on the show floor during move-in and move-out. During convention hours, children under the age of 16 are able to attend.
What can I do about solicitors at my booth?

The distribution of materials outside a paid exhibit space is prohibited. Material may not be distributed in the aisles or in other areas of the building. If you witness this type of activity, please contact Show Management immediately so that we can address the situation.

Show Management can be found in the Exhibit Management Office, Hall D entrance, Room 825A, Level 800 in the South Building and Hall C, Room 309, in the North Building.
