Acceptable methods of payment are: VISA, American Express (AMEX), MasterCard, and cheque. Cheque payments are only accepted until Friday, Feb. 6.

Wire transfers and EFTs are not accepted. For security purposes, the PDAC does not take payment over the phone.

You will not be able to utilize the "pay later" option if you have Awards Gala, Breakfast Social, Lunch Social or Short Course tickets in your cart.

All cheques must be drawn from a CAD or US bank. Payment may be made in USD (rate to be confirmed). Registrations and ticketed event purchases will not be processed until full payment is received.

All students must register for the convention. To qualify for the Student rate you must be able to demonstrate proof of full-time enrolment in a degree granting post-secondary education program.

Accepted forms of proof of enrolment: letter of enrolment, copy of transcript, or a recent tuition receipt.

Students over 16 years of age may register as a Student All Access Pass (member), One Day All Access Pass, or an Exhibits Day Pass Students 16 years of age and under can attend the convention free of charge. Please contact [email protected]

Registration and ticketed event cancellation requests must be received in writing by Friday, Feb. 20 (email the Registration Department at [email protected]) to receive a full refund of registration fees less a 25% administration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after Friday, Feb. 20. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Substitutions may be made until Friday, Feb. 20 (email the Registration Department at [email protected]). After Friday, Feb. 20, substitutions can only be completed at the onsite registration desks (starting Friday, Feb. 27). The replacement attendee is required to provide a business card and proper documentation (a letter from the registrant who paid for the registration), authorizing the individual who will be attending in his/her place.

If the original attendee is a member, the substitute attendee must also be a member. If not, membership fees will apply.

Any outstanding balance and payment terms for the registration will become the responsibility of the substitute attendee and must be satisfied in full prior to such substitute attendee being granted access to the Convention.

For greater clarity, in the event that an Attendee is unable to attend the Convention and PDAC has not been advised by the dates noted above for cancellation or substitution, the Registration Fees and Membership fees will be non-refundable and will not be credited to the Attendee for any future event or convention.
