Developing a Canadian Minerals and Metals Plan

Government officials are looking for input into the development of a Canadian Minerals and Metals Plan (CMMP). The CMMP, called for by federal, provincial and territorial Ministers responsible for mining, aims to enhance Canada’s position as a global mining leader and to lay the foundation for long-term success of the sector. A Discussion Paper was developed by government to elicit feedback on potential elements of the Plan. View the Discussion Paper and share your views.
