Before submitting a nomination please review the selection criteria to learn what category your submission belongs.

A complete nomination must be submitted by 5:00PM on September 9, 2022.

Each nomination package must include:

A nomination letter containing the name, address and telephone number of the nominee, and a description of their achievements.
A minimum of three (3) letters of support for the nomination. More support letters are encouraged.
Other documentation that supports the nomination, highlighting how it meets the selection criteria (eg. presentations, media clippings, news releases, etc.).
