The Cooperative Capital Markets Regulatory System

As the leading voice for Canada’s mineral exploration and development sector, the PDAC views the establishment of the Cooperative Capital Markets Regulatory System as an instrumental step in helping our members succeed in financing their exploration activities. It seeks to create a harmonized regulatory system for our industry across Canada that is efficient and will help contribute economic growth. We encourage our members to provide comments on the revised Capital Markets Act (CMA) and the initial regulations.
