Individual Membership in the PDAC

There are four different categories of memberships for individuals.
Core
Regular
Student
Senior

Core Membership

Core members are at the heart and soul of the PDAC. These are the people whose loyalty and consistent membership in the association make it tick. Core membership was set up in 2003 to recognize and reward these individuals. Their membership fees, paid every year without fail and without lapse, have supported and continue to support the PDAC, providing a continuous revenue stream to enable the association to carry out its work.

Here are the rewards

Save money! A Core membership is $95; a non-Core (or regular) membership is $175.
Take advantage of the lowest convention registration rates possible.
Strengthen the industry. Stronger and more continuous advocacy will pay dividends in improved, more secure working conditions and a better environment in which to do business.
Enjoy uninterrupted member benefits including information services, networking opportunities and discounts.
Qualify for free membership once you have been a Core member for 25 years and have reached age 65. Take pride in being a member of an association that works for the betterment of the mineral industry.

Regular Membership

$175/year
Regular members enjoy all member benefits while their membership is in good standing.
Regular members may join the association at any time.

Regular membership is based on the calendar year. Application forms for regular membership for the calendar year 2010 will be posted here from October 1, 2009, onwards. If you have any questions about membership, please don’t hesitate to contact Florence.

Student Membership

$20/year
Student members enjoy all member benefits while their membership is in good standing.
Student members may join the association at any time.
To qualify, students must be able to demonstrate proof that they are enrolled in full-time, post-secondary studies.

Student membership is based on the calendar year. Application forms for student membership for the calendar year 2010 will be posted here from October 1, 2009, onwards. If you have any questions about membership, please don’t hesitate to contact Florence.

Senior Membership

$20/year
Senior members enjoy all member benefits while their membership is in good standing.
Senior members qualify for substantial savings on PDAC convention registration fees.
To qualify, seniors must be 65 years old or over.
