Trade Show Booth Space SOLD OUT
The PDAC 2010 Trade show is SOLD OUT. If you have any questions

Renewing Exhibitors
For PDAC 2009 Exhibitors Only – You are
guaranteed priority booth space selection for
the 2010 Trade Show. The same booth you occupied
in 2009 will be reserved once full payment of
the total rental fee per 10’ wide booth space,
together with this signed application form is
received by September 4, 2009. Failure
to make full payment constitutes a cancellation
of this contract and PDAC reserves the right to
resell the exhibit space without notice or
refund after this date. Requests for
additional space or relocation will be
considered in priority sequence basis on the
date the completed application and full payment
is received, subject to availability. Booth numbers will be confirmed after October 5,
2009 and will be communicated via email.

PDAC cannot guarantee that the same
booth space you occupied in 2009 will be
available after September 4, 2009 as, after this
date, all requests for booth space will assigned
on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Potential New Exhibitors
New requests for booth space (dependent on
availability) will be assigned on a first-come,
first-serve basis, based on the date the
completed application form and full payment is
received, beginning July 23, 2009. Full payment
must accompany this application for it to be
processed. Failure to make full payment
constitutes a cancellation of this contract.
Exhibitors in the 2009 Trade Show have been
offered priority renewal on a booth space until
the priority renewal deadline of
September 4, 2009. PDAC will assign
your booth space, making every effort to satisfy
your specified location, subject to
availability. Booth numbers will be
confirmed after October 5, 2009 and will be
communicated via email. Please see
Terms and Conditions #4 (on page 2 of the
application form) for detailed
list of exhibit inclusions.
PDAC cannot guarantee that your
selection will be available and reserves the
right to assign the closest booth available.
PDAC 2010 Booth
Pricing
Booth rental fees:
The rate for a standard 10’ wide trade show booth (4 days) is:
Corporate Member $ 2252.38 + $ 112.62 GST = $ 2365.00 CDN /
$2250.00 US
Non-Member $ 3009.52 + $ 150.48 GST = $ 3160.00 CDN /
$3010.00 US
Cancellations A full refund of the
payment less a 25% administration fee per booth space
will be issued upon receipt of a written request for
cancellation prior to November 1, 2009. For
cancellations received in writing between November 2,
2009 and December 31, 2009 a full refund less a 50%
administration fee will be issued. After December 31,
2009 no refunds will be made and Exhibitors are
responsible for the full rental fee plus GST. All PDAC
2010 cancelled booth spaces will be resold and the
occupying company will have priority renewal of that
booth space for PDAC 2011.
Each 10’ wide booth includes:
- A standard flameproof 8’ high back
drape, 3’ high side drape (white drape)
- one 120 volt electrical outlet
- aisle carpet
- on-site support services
- one exhibitor service manual
- 24-hour peripheral security
- Company contact information published in
the Exhibitor Show Guide (provided full
payment is received by January 31, 2010)
- Company listing VPDAC (online exhibitor
list and floor plan)
- four complimentary exhibitor staff
badges (permits access to the Trade Show and
Investors Exchange floors only)
- One complimentary regular delegate
registration, one convention kit and one
convention program. The regular delegate
registration entitles one exhibitor staff
person (this generic badge can be shared
among staff) to access PDAC technical
sessions (Main Technical Program and Open
Session). Please note this does not include
access to the website containing audio from
the Technical Sessions (previously provided
on the Convention CD-ROM)
*Exhibitors applying for the corporate member booth rate must also submit payment for this 2010 corporate membership invoice or submit a corporate membership application form and payment. Producing/mining companies are not eligible for the junior/non-mining membership rate and will be invoiced for their membership fees in November. PDAC reserves the right to process booth payment at the non-member rate if the invoice payment or membership application form and payment does not accompany the booth application form. For information about Corporate Membership please refer to the
PDAC Membership Benefits Brochure. Corporate membership payments will be processed upon receipt and are non-refundable.

The Prospectors and Developers
Association of Canada and the Canadian
Association of Mining Equipment and Services for Export
(CAMESE) will join forces again to enhance exchanges
between exhibitors and delegates at the world’s leading
convention and trade show for the mineral exploration
industry. The purpose of the Exhibitors’
Innovation Forum is to allow
Trade Show exhibitors an
additional opportunity to inform convention visitors
about their innovations. Examples can be new products,
services, exploration developments, discoveries,
legislation changes or recent technical or commercial
successes. All fully registered trade
show exhibitors are eligible to participate.
