2010 for both new and renewing
exhibitors.
- Application forms will only be mailed

until booth rentals begin on July 22, 2010.

list from PDAC 2010)
- Exhibit fees for PDAC 2011 will be
posted on our website in late-June 2010.
Please note that exhibit fees for PDAC 2011
will be adjusted from PDAC 2010 pricing due

Tax (HST)”of 13% effective July 1, 2010.
Renewing Exhibitors
For PDAC 2011, renewing exhibitors from PDAC
2010 have priority renewal on the booth space
they occupied at PDAC 2010. It is the
exhibitors’ responsibility to complete the
renewal application form and return it with
payment before the priority renewal deadline.
The priority renewal deadline for the Trade Show
is September 3, 2010. If you are a
renewing exhibitor who wishes to relocate and/or
expand your booth space, please note we take
these requests from renewing exhibitors on a
first-come, first served basis (based
on the time & date the application is received),
beginning July 22, 2010 at 10 am EST (subject to
availability).
Potential New Exhibitors
Once priority renewal booth assignments have
been completed, all un-renewed booth spaces will
be assigned to new exhibitors on a first-come,
first-served basis (based on the time & date the
application & payment was received), beginning
July 22, 2010 at 10 am EST. It is very
important to ensure your application form is
returned with payment as quickly as possible.
Please note that this is not a guarantee that
your wishes can be met but we will certainly do
our best to facilitate your request when it is
received (subject to availability). If your
company is applying as a new exhibitor for PDAC
2011, your booth rental payment will not be
processed until we are able to secure a booth
for your company. New exhibitors will be
contacted sometime after October 4, 2010
offering your company a booth space at the PDAC
2011, or to notify you that your company will
remain on the waitlist (should a booth space
becomes available leading up to PDAC 2011).
