7. Can I ship materials in advance of the show to my booth space? Do you accept material shipped in advance of the show?

Yes, GES Canada offers free 30 days advance warehousing to all exhibitors. Shipping crated materials to the advance warehouse will ensure that your materials will be delivered to the show on time, and will receive priority unloading status, since GES Canada has priority access to the loading ramp and docks during move-in.

If your materials arrive at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and someone from your company is not available to receive them, materials will not be accepted by PDAC staff, agents, their suppliers, MTCC staff and/or their contractors. You must only have materials shipped to your booth on your assigned move-in day when you are available to receive them. Please refer to your exhibitor manual for more detailed information.
