Core Shack
The PDAC 2011 Core Shack application form will be available on July 22, 2010.
Potential Contributors
We want your core!
- Do you have exciting drilling, trenching
and/or outcrop samples to share with your fellow
explorers and developers?
- Why not display your maps and technical
information alongside your best rock samples in the
PDAC 2011 Core Shack?
The Core Shack will be located Level 700 of the Metro
Toronto Convention Centre, South Building. We have
planned two sessions for the Core Shack company
displays: Session A on Sunday and Monday March 6-7, 2011
and Session B on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 8-9, 2011
and cannot be renewed from one year to the next.
Applicants need not have a demonstrably economic
deposit to participate in the Core Shack. As a
minimum, potentially economic grades and widths
associated with an emerging or potential resource is all
that is required. In addition re-activated mines
and extensions or satellites to existing operations are
also ideal candidates. Core Shack displays must
consist of drill core, or other samples of
mineralization. Please note: Core Shack
booths are not Investors Exchange booths.
Demand is high and space is limited. A selection
committee will review your application and potential
candidates will be contacted for additional details.
Should your project/deposit be selected for a Core Shack
booth, you will receive (at no charge, for 2 days) to
display your samples:
- A hard wall display booth (Velcro
friendly) – side walls 3’w x 8’h, back walls 10’w x
8’h
- An ID sign (listing your deposit/project name)
- A 6 foot draped table (24”w x 30”h)
- 2 side chairs
- 2 arms lamps1 electrical outlet
