Goal
To provide leadership and contribute to the
development and delivery of programs that will help to address the human
resource needs of the Canadian exploration industry over the next 10 -
15 years
Objective 1
Assess the nature and scope of the human resource
needs of the exploration sector over the next 10 – 15 years.
Objective 2
Plan, develop and implement programs, together with
appropriate partners, for the purpose of creating awareness and
attracting new, high quality people to the exploration sector.
Objective 3
Plan, develop and implement programs, together with
appropriate partners, for the purpose of ensuring that students receive
adequate training and education.
