Gamah International Limited, based in Toronto, Canada, produces a monthly report of financing raised for mining and exploration projects throughout the world. The report, entitled Mining and Exploration Company Financings, is available by subscription from the publisher.

Global InfoMine includes worldwide mining company data such as details about company projects, commodities, and where the companies are working. The site also provides an interactive map showing properties worldwide and linked to company reports. Most of the information is available by subscription only.

Metals Economics Group (MEG)  tracks trends in global mineral exploration and development. While data collected by MEG are proprietary, aggregate data and analysis are published annually in a report, World Exploration Trends, which is made available during the PDAC’s annual convention. Metals Economics Group is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Northern Miner supplies mining company data, including where a company has projects, the status of the project, which companies are working in which countries, and commodities being explored for. The information is available on the Northern Miner site under the heading Corporate Data. The data are available free of charge (as of July 2008).
