Day 2 - The Economics of Mining (operations into economics, exploration expenditure, determining capital requirements, mining equipment options, economic evaluation)

Day 3 - Financing and Deal-making (raising funds and financial instruments, equity investments, debt and project finance, joint ventures, marketing and off-take agreements, technical report and media release interpretation)

Registration includes breakfast and lunch for each day, course manual, all instructor slides used during the course and a certificate.

The course may count towards continuing education or professional development credits for professional designations for investment advisors, accountants, lawyers and engineers, etc.
