Core Shack Exhibit Space
Core Shack will be located in the Investors Exchange.
PDAC’s Core Shack has long been a highlight of the Convention. Core Shack provides a venue to display core from new, ongoing or historic exploration projects or operating or historic mines that are generating exciting drilling results and to discuss these results with interested attendees.
Core Shack booths are not Investors Exchange booths and should focus on the technical aspects of a project.

Applicants need not have a demonstrably economic deposit but potentially economic grades and widths associated with an emerging or potential resource on a new or historic property are required. In addition, re-activated mines and extensions, or satellites to existing operations are also ideal candidates. Core Shack displays must include sufficient samples of drill core to allow for meaningful discussion with interested attendees. They may be accompanied by other samples of mineralization.
Core Shack booths may not be renewed from one year to the next. The deadline to apply is Friday, November 4, 2016 at 5:00 pm EDT.
Exhibit Space Assignments
The Core Shack Selection Committee will give preference to new projects or mature projects that have had recent significant results. Applicants interested in exhibiting projects that were previously displayed must demonstrate how the project has advanced since it was last displayed in the online submission form.
All applications will be reviewed by the selection committee and exhibit space will be assigned based on the content of the application. 2016 Core Shack Exhibitors DO NOT have priority renewal and exhibit space is not assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Demand is high and space is limited.
There is no fee to exhibit in Core Shack.

Core Shack is divided into two 2-day sessions. Each successful applicant will be assigned an exhibit space in either Session A or Session B

What is included with each 10’ exhibit space?
- One 10’w x 8’h (back wall) x 3’w x 8’h (side walls) booth
- Back wall made of black “sintra” infill panels. Use Velcro (male/female with an adhesive back) or double-sided tape to affix posters. Please note that GES will have Velcro available at their service desk in Room 809, MTCC, South Building.
- One 6’ draped table
- Two chairs
- One identification sign (listing your deposit/project name)
- Two arm lights
- One 1500-watt, 120-volt (12-amp) duplex electrical outlet
- Exhibitor listing on the Convention website, mobile website, onsite Convention Program
- Banking executives
- Brokers and analysts
